Where To Find Great Cell Phone Deals

Friday, December 21st, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Eric_Morris]Eric Morris A large variety of cell phone deals is available in the market. The number of cell phone deals, plans, offers, calling rates, and rentals offered by carriers can confound new customers. Selecting the best cell phone deal is therefore a trickier issue than buying other products and services. The best place for finding the most cost-effective cell phone deals is the Internet, where almost all carriers host their websites for providing information about their cell phone services. It also contains comparison charts, which highlight the benefits of the carrier’s services vis–vis services of other carriers. Customers can access a particular carrier’s website and choose the best cell phone deal from available options. They can also access related links to get more information about a particular type of cell phone deal. Apart from specific carrier websites, a number of other websites are also hosted on the Internet that provide information about cell phone deals offered by different carriers. This helps customers as all the required information is available on a single website and they do not have to hop from one website to another. Customers looking for the best available cell phone deals should carefully read the information provided in the carrier’s website and analyze personal needs. They can select from customized deals such as the ‘pay as you go,’ hybrid deals, family deals, and others offered by the carrier. Consumers can get lower rates if they identify the minutes of usage each month and buy them in a block. Even though one may have decided upon a certain cell phone deal after studying the market, there are always friends, family members, and colleagues offering opinions on where to get great cell phone deals. However, users should know that what is best for a particular user might not necessarily benefit all users. There is no way to standardize opinions of what the best cell phone deal is as it depends on the needs and perception of a specific user. The Symbols Of Reiki

Wednesday, December 19th, 2007

By Eric Hartwell The Western style of Reiki teachings is focused on the use of symbols or shirushi (Japanese) to convey the Reiki energy to the person being healed. It is said that in Mikao Usuis original teachings he did not employ the use of these symbols. He did, however, bring the symbols into Reiki when he taught the three naval officers his techniques, one of who was Dr. Hayashi, supposedly because they were having difficulty understanding how to transmit energy on a spiritual level and Usui procured the symbols to help them grasp this concept. These symbols were further developed by Hayashi in his spiritual teachings after Usuis death. In Western Reiki, the symbols are used as keys to the Reiki practitioner. The practitioners intuition must be developed and, using his or her hands guided by energy, either to fixed positions on the body or intuitively scanning to the body to be healed. The Reiki Masters are attuned to the symbols and use these symbols to invoke Universal Life Force Energy, vibration and cosmic or celestial energy that flows through the practitioner into the body to be healed. SYMBOL 1- CHO KU RAY (Pronunciation “choh-koo-ray”) Alias: “The Power Symbol” This Symbol is used to focus Reiki on a specific location, drawing energy from around the practitioner for a specific intent. It is used an all-purpose symbol and may be used as a seal or amulet for protection. Practitioners use this symbol to cleanse negative energies, on food, drink or material possessions. This symbol can be used in conjunction with other Reiki Symbols for further empowerment and to seal energies after the treatment is given. SYMBOL 2- SEI HEI KI (Pronunciation: say-hay-key) Alias: The Mental/Emotional Symbol This Symbol is utilized primarily for the treatment of mental and emotional issues, calming the mind and for the treatment of addictions. Also employed in treating stress, anxiety, fear, depression and nervousness. It can help to cleanse and heal past traumas or emotional blockages. It removes bad vibrations and negative energies, to balance the left and right brain, for psychic protection and to deprogram inappropriate behavior as well as programming positive habits. Sei Hei Ki restablishes emotional balance and harmony. SYMBOL 3- HON SHA ZE SHO NEN (Pronunciation: Hanh-shah-zay-show-nen) Alias: The Distance Symbol Meaning: “Correct Thought /(Correct Mindfulness) is the essence of being” or “Right consciousness is the root for everything This symbol is made of 5 kanji characters making up HSZSN. It is used to send Reiki at a distance to people, animals, places, situations or events. It is also used to send Reiki across the idea of time as we know it. Using this symbol, the practitioner sends Reiki to situations that have passed and/or events that have not yet happened. This symbol can also be used to assist interaction with spirits of place, ancestry, ancestry energy patterns or deity. In some forms of Reiki, this symbol is understood to represent the idea that there is oneness between practitioner and receiver of Reiki, that energy transcends delineation of forms. To Iron, or Not to Iron - That is the Question

Tuesday, December 18th, 2007

By Gabriel J. Adams No, we’re not talking about pressing clothing. We’re talking about setting up an attractive perimeter around your yard - a perimeter that defines your boundaries with taste and a bit of sophistication. The infamous wooden fences or chain linked fences just don’t make the grade when we’re attempting to make an elegant and fashionable statement. Wooden fences give our homes a surreptitious appearance while chain link fences just look barbaric or prison-like. Iron fences on the other hand, gives us a comfortable medium to work with. Unlike wooden fencing, iron fencing doesn’t dry, crack, or fall from strong weather winds. Nor does it attract the attention of mischievous graffiti artists! Iron estate fencing however, lasts longer than wood fencing, and can withstand rain, snow, heat, and strong winds. But that doesn’t mean it’s care free. As strong as iron is, it still requires a bit of yearly maintenance. The good news is that regular maintenance minimizes things like rust and chipping. As part of your regular maintenance routine, you can keep iron estate fencing clean by removing debris like rocks, fallen leaves, or pesky bird poop. Although vines can be pretty, they can literally suck the life out of an iron fence and cause it to pine away. As you remove it, inspect the fence every once in a while for chipping and refinish the fence once chipping spotted. This will not only keep your iron fence looking as new as when you first had it installed, it will also strengthen it. A chipped fence will weaken faster and eventually break much quicker than one that is regularly maintained. As an extra helping hand, you can use some of the varnishes that are specifically manufactured for strengthening and improving the look of an iron fence. Wool Prices Are Shooting Up

Monday, December 17th, 2007

By Christopher Mantford A seasonal change is always expected after a period of every 3-4 months on the earth. Accordingly global business particularly in the textile industry undergoes a sea change. People previously trading in cotton, polyester and the like start trading in the wool products. Its said that woolen industry is older than say even cotton which is said to be the oldest known. This is primarily because before recognizing the utility of the plant products, animal skins were used extensively as an all purpose all seasonal clothing. This is also sealed by the fact that biblically when the first parents Adam and eve were exposed, they sewed themselves fig leaves which got dried out in the hot sun. However the Bible goes on to say that God created animal skin tunics for the naked couple. Thus the animal product utility was the first popular much ahead of the plants. There were times in the 17th century when trading of cotton was banned entirely in the country of England and its territories. This was done to protect the wool industry which was considered as the primary textile industry. Clearly this can also be due to the fact that England being a colder country needed woolen clothes to protect them from the extreme cold. However it was bad on part of the rulers to impose a ban on cotton since during summer cotton can be the ultimate choice. However some of the traders took a challenge and went ahead with their cotton trading and showed the world the real advantage of using cotton textiles. During this time there were textile improvised machines designed and new dynamic methods introduced in the industry, which took a nice turn for the world industrial revolution. Each generic product has its unique usage and heavy demand during a particular season. Though due to the global warming impact there has been many seasonal alterations, but the months of Nov Jan are considered to be the colder months of the world particularly in the northern hemisphere. Precision minded traders had already started planning for woolen products since June. However this is high time for wool traders to cut their pie in the global market. A good way to ensure quick wool pricing and target buyers / sellers is through the textile web portals. My portal YNFX is positioning its base for the winter products. You may also check for any of you requirements if you are a trader. However it would be a good shot if you could visit multiple textile products before finalizing on a deal. Table for Two by the Lake of Fire, Please: Part 2

Sunday, December 16th, 2007

By Linda Leon It was utter despair that pulled the trigger that fateful day. It was a day in which for whatever reason there was no hope. Not even the thought of his family or what his loss would do to his family was not enough to cause him to cry out for help, or perhaps he did cry out for help and no one would listen. Perhaps they were all like Jobs friends that came to watch him suffer and judge him. Its amazing how friends will stand around and watch you drown. But what I did not realize is that family will do that too until God revealed more of the book. Job said this of himself, Did I not weep for him that was in trouble? Was not my soul grieved for the poor? When I looked for good, then evil came unto me: and when I waited for light there came darkness. Concerning his degree of ministry he said, I delivered the poor that cried, and the fatherless, and him that had none to help him. The blessing of him that was ready to perish came upon me; and I caused the widows heart to sing for joy. He was a good man in the midst of the worst most degrading trial of his life and no one was there to help him. His friends can to inspect his misery and see him suffer so that they would have something to talk about. You know the one, Did you hear what happened to so and so, oh poor thing. But where was his family. I did not know that he even had one until the last chapter of the book! At least his friends showed up, but his family oh my God! Job we would rather not have to watch you suffer because then you might ask us for help and we really dont want to do that because we have our own problems. The least we know about the situation the better, please dont inform us Job. Because if you let us in on your pain and we dont help or help grudgingly the conviction of God would be more than we wish to bear. We will just simply turn our backs, and close our eyes. Hopefully your problem will go away soon and we wont have to deal with it. Trust me, I had to live this portion of Jobs story to understand it, and what God revealed was more precious than gold and it has helped me to endure the pain of their callousness and forgive them too. Jobs family had enough to help, but when he needed it, they did not make it available. After God got finished rebuking Jobs friends for hardness of their hearts and he turned the captivity of Job around, this tiny scripture in the last chapter is inserted that is extremely potent to this story. And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before. THEN came unto him all his brethren and all his sisters and all that had been of his acquaintance before, and did eat bread with him in his house: and bemoaned him, and comforted him over all the evil that the Lord had brought upon him: every man also gave him a piece of money, and every one an ear ring of gold. So the Lord blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning. . . Did you catch that? They came after the storm and brought him gold and money. Thats messed up. That is just totally messed up. Yet, Job did not even worry about their actions; he let them all come over to his house for dinner. Oh God, Job was an amazing man. Lord help me to be like him in how he chose to deal with those that hurt him. Only God knew and had complete confidence in Job and knew that he would survive the ordeal. If you are in the worst trial of your life like Job was, dont despair God has utter confidence in you. You will make it. One more thing, dont you dare miss this line, they comforted him over all the evil that THE LORD brought upon him. This one messes with peoples religious philosophy, but God is careful about the words he has written in his book and he wanted for all eternity for the world to know that he takes full accountability for what happened to Job. God let it be known in the first chapters that Job was an innocent victim and that he had moved against him without cause. He is sovereign. He is in control and he is in command. Satan was powerless to attack Job unless God had given him permission. God said to Satan, have you considered Job and Satan said, how can I you have a hedge around him. If God gives permission it is for a higher purpose that we will never understand until we have gotten through the trial. Hold on to that. Hang on to God no matter what. Rev. Interview Etiquette

Saturday, December 15th, 2007

By Tony Jacowski By far, interview etiquette remains the third most important factor that decides the fates of most job candidates. Subject expertise or skills and body language are the only two qualities that score over interview etiquette, according to expert human resource practitioners. These elements gain importance, as they are often the only indications of a candidates character. Interview Etiquette: An Overview If etiquette can be described as rules governing socially acceptable behavior, they apply to a job interview, too, in the same fashion. Good etiquette shows from the moment you enter the company, and how you conduct yourself until you are called. 1. Unless someone shows you in, knock at the door before you enter. 2. Being lenient with dressing, un-pressed clothing or wearing casual clothing for interviews is simply not good etiquette. An office environment and especially interviews call for formal dress. 3. Greeting the interviewer is another aspect of etiquette. Greet him before he greets you, and with a firm handshake. Be assertive in shaking hands, as this is where you can start building a good impression. Remember, being assertive does not mean you are aggressive. Some people slightly take back their opposite shoulder and bend forward simultaneously while shaking hands as a show of respect. But dont indulge in over doing it or shaking hands for endless seconds. 4. Wait until they offer a seat to you or you can ask them if you can have a seat. Choose a seat opposite the interviewer so you can keep direct eye contact. You can sit in a semi-casual position. Crossing the legs at knees may be alright but you should never put a foot over your opposite knee. Shaking your legs during the interview or scratching your head are things to avoid. 5. If you are offered business card, dont just stuff it into your pocket; instead, study the card for a while. You should ask a pertinent question, too. Never write anything on the card; it is not your notepad. 6. Trying to monopolize the conversation will often annoy the interviewer. Making rude remarks or speaking negatively about your past employers will expose the down side of your character. Sitting there with nothing to say can be seen as a negative. You have to have something to say, even if it is just small talk. 7. When you are asked to talk about yourself, they are not asking about your family or personal history. This is your opportunity to make the most of your time; talk about how you can contribute to the organization and so on. 8. Avoid discussing salary in the beginning unless the interviewer brings it up first. 9. Never forget to thank the interviewer before you leave the room; also dont forget to ask whether they want you to get in touch with them or when they can get back to you. 10. On your way out, give a thank you and a smile to the receptionist or secretary. These are the people that will often give feedback to the interviewer. Are You Fat?

Saturday, December 15th, 2007

By Julia Havey You may be familiar with my “10 Adjectives” lesson. For those who are please use this as a refresher course. For those who are hearing it for the first time; listen up you are going to be forever changed! I ask women to tell me 10 adjectives that they would use to describe them self. Take a moment and jot down 10 of your own right now. 10 words that you would use to describe yourself. Are you doing it? Even if you have done it before, do it again now to see where you are at today.Come on write down 10 words; 10 descriptive adjectives. Got them down? Great. Now, read them. Does your list include any words that describe your physical appearance? Words such as “FAT”? If you read back, you will see that I did NOT ask you to tell what you LOOK like, but rather to describe yourself; WHO you are matters so much more than what you LOOK like when defining yourself which is exactly what this exercise is about; defining WHO you are, describing yourself. If you are stuck on how you LOOK, stuck on the FAT on your body and allow it to define you; your journey to realize change is going to be a very difficult uphill battle because you are allowing FAT to be a personality trait rather than a physical condition that is easily changed. Ever meet a person with personality issues? They can be very frustrating to deal with and I am sure it isn’t much easier for them. I can think of one such person who has spent YEARS in therapy trying to come to terms with her narcissistic personality traits. Sometimes WHO you are is just WHO you are; but FAT is not in any way WHO you are and it can be changed! Does this make sense to you? My favorite story to illustrate why it makes so much sense to me and why I make you go through this exercise is this: A woman from NYC emailed me her list of 10 adjectives: FAT, FAT, FAT, FAT, FAT, FAT, FAT, FAT, FAT, FAT! That is WHO she saw herself as and was very upset with me when I tossed her words out and said she had to redo them and tell me about HER, about WHO she is. She corrected me and said that IS “who” she is. She told me that she was in a play off Broadway and every day went to work, bent her butt over to the audience while her co-star fanned his hand to it saying “her heart’s as big as Texas” and the entire audience would laugh–at her, at the size of her butt. She was humiliated, FAT and hated it. Well, I said that may be, but that I need to learn more about HER and who she is, not just what her body looked like. So, after 2 weeks of hating me and cursing me and crying every time she sat and tried to type a new list, she finally came up with a new one: Magical, gifted, spiritual, loving, talented, determined, loyal, sensitive. WOW! Side by side, you would NEVER in a million years guess the 2 lists were from the same person much less in the span of only 2 weeks! Was she still overweight when she wrote the 2nd list? Did she still have “fat” on her body which needed addressing? Sure, of course she did; but she was immediately changed for the better when she realized that WHO she was matters far more than WHAT she LOOKS like. She went on to lose a great deal of weight and is successfully keeping it off. I believe it is because she stopped defining herself as FAT and started defining herself with more empowering words. Many of the women who seek out my advice use the word FAT when initially describing or defining themselves. I think that HOW we view ourselves, the words we choose to define ourselves without a doubt affect the outcome of not only our lives, but our weight loss journey. If a stranger on the street called me FAT I would cry. If a loved one called me FAT I would be very upset with them. If I called myself FAT, I would believe it and become depressed about the appearance of my body and likely eat one of my vices in a futile attempt at comforting my hurt feelings. So, if you think your body has fat on it, take some steps towards changing your habits that support that fat. If you think “YOU” are FAT, it’s time to take an inventory and discover WHO you really are and define yourself in an empowering way, with words that are more likely to lift you up rather than drag you down. I think that way you will be more likely to lose weight rather than just be perpetually starting another diet! My challenge to you is to be very careful how you define yourself, because those words really do effect the outcome of your “diet” and the changes that you will see. If YOU are “FAT” going into your weight loss journey, odds are you are going to stay FAT. But, if your fat is simply a physical condition to be dealt with; it is likely that it will be! Julia Griggs Havey lived for many years in a morbidly obese body, topping the scale at 290 pounds. She eventually found the strength within to go on to lose 130 pounds and has kept it off for over 12 yearsNow, her mission and passion is to help other people to do the same. Wild Flower Garden - Make Amends…Your Plants Will Love It

Thursday, December 13th, 2007

By Gabrielle Bennett A wild flower garden, just like any garden you wish to plant, requires good quality soil that will meet the needs of the plants you put in it. That means that your garden soil may need some amendment. So why do you need to amend the soil and how do you do it? The answer to both of these questions depends on what you intend to plant and the soil in your garden.First, let us look at why you might need soil amendment. The ground may have been stripped of topsoil as most often happens in newly built areas. Such areas are often left with compacted soil due to construction. Another reason is that the pH balance may not be at the desired level. pH (parts hydrogen) is a number that indicates the acidity or alkalinity of your soil/alkaline balance. This is important because the acid/alkaline levels of your soil controls the availability of some food elements in the soil. So how do you amend the soil? The first step You can purchase a soil testing kit from your local hardware or garden center and follow the included instructions to test the soil. Also follow the instructions for the amount and type of amendments you need to add. Adding the amendments to your soil will help restore the nutrients, minerals and pH balance to give your plants a great head start. Choosing plants that are native to your location will help enormously. You are now at the stage where you have designed your new wild flower garden, installed your hardscaping, prepared the ground, amended the soil and purchased your plants and seeds. Time to plant up your garden…so what are your waiting for…start planting. Enjoy your new wild flower garden, you worked hard and you deserve it. Boost Your Immune System - 8 Ways to Strengthen Immune System

Thursday, December 13th, 2007

By Charles Silverman N.D. Sixty five years ago medical scientists promised us that infections caused by bacteria and others would be a thing of the past due to the new discovery of patented pharmaceutical drugs. This very brave statement was made and almost automatically more than half of the herbs recommended in the U.S. Pharmacopoeia were taken off to be replaced with these chemical drugs. I wish I could tell you that the promised was kept and that now we live in an infection free world, but this is not so. We are all familiar with the enormous amounts and resistance of bacteria. Antibiotics have not live up to their promised; to the contrary they have become a problem in itself, by over use and side effects that cause liver, kidney, nervous and immune system damage. Modern conventional medicine battles diseases directly by means of drugs, surgery, radiation and other therapies, but true health can be attained only by maintaining a healthy properly functioning immune system and using home remedies can definitely help to strengthen the ability to fight diseases. It is the immune system that fights off disease-causing microorganisms and it engineers the healing process. The immune system is the key to fighting every kind of insult to the body, from that little shaving scratch to the gigantic amount of viruses the constantly try to invade our bodies. Even the aging process may be related to a deteriorated immune system. Weakening of the immune system makes us vulnerable to every type of illness that affects humans. Some common signs of impaired immune functions include fatigue, lassitude, repeated infections, inflammation, allergic reactions, slow wound healing, chronic diarrhea and infections related to overgrowth of benign organisms already present in the body, such as oral thrush, vaginal yeast infections and other fungal infections. It is calculated that a normal adult gets an average of two colds per year. People suffering from colds more than the average are likely to have some sort of immune deficiency. Dark circles could be directly related to an immune system malfunction. Explaining what the immune system is the hard part. The immune system it is not an organ but an interaction between many organs, structures and substances with the task of recognizing or differencing from things that belong and those that don’t belong to the body, and then neutralizing or destroying the ones that are foreign. The immune system is like no other bodily system, the patrolling and protecting tasks of the immune system are share by white cells, bone marrow, the lymphatic vessels and organs, specialized cells found and various body tissues, and specialized substances, called serum factors, that are present in the blood. Ideally, all of these components work together to protects the body against diseases. To boost and protect your immune system I recommend a list of herbs, vitamins, supplements and special home remedies recipes that have shown remarkable results throughout the years. Home Remedies to strengthen the immune system. Home Remedy #1: Astragalus boosts the immune system and generates anticancer cells in the body. It is also a powerful antioxidant and protects the liver from toxins. This makes this plant ideal for people suffering from dark circles due to liver problems and depressed immune system. IMPORTANT: Do not take this herb if fever is present. Home Remedy #2: Baybarry has antibiotic effects for sore throat, coughs, clods and flu. Home Remedy #3: Garlic is effective against at least 30 types of bacteria, viruses, parasites and fungi. It has anti-inflammatory and astringent properties. Home Remedy #4: Echinacea boosts the immune system and enhances lymphatic function. Home Remedy #5: Goldenseal strengthens the immune system, cleanses and detoxifies the body. It has anti bacteria properties. Home Remedy #6: In a small town called Chirchik, Russia, a flu epidemic swept the town. When many adults and children did not get sick scientists wanted to know why they were immune to the disease. It turns out that all of them used the berries from an herb called Shizandra. Home Remedy #7: Include in the diet chlorella, garlic and pearl barley. These foods contain germanium, a trace element beneficial for the immune system. Also giant red kelp contains iodine, calcium, iron, carotene, protein, riboflavin and vitamin C, which are necessary for the immune system’s functional integrity. Home Remedy #8: Vitamin C may be the single most important nutrient for the immune system. It is essential for the formation of adrenal hormones and the production of lymphocytes. It also has direct effect on bacteria and viruses. Vitamin C should be taken with bioflavonoids, natural plant substances that enhance absorption and reinforce the action of this vitamin. Aromatherapy: Pure Essential Oils and Healing Stress

Wednesday, December 12th, 2007

By KG Stiles AROMATHERAPY RESEARCH - HOW AROMATHERAPY WORKS! It is through your nervous system, the body’s electrical pathways for sending and receiving signals or currents of energy, that consciousness of all your body parts, systems, functions, and patterns of movement is coordinated. Communication within the body is conducted through your nervous system. When wires are jammed or blocked transmission of signals is impaired. Essential oils are natural chemical messengers your body readily responds to for bringing it into harmony and balance. Essential oils travel through the nervous system to the brain to nourish and balance both the sympathetic and parasympathetic branches of the autonomic nervous system, enhancing brain chemistry. I. The Neuro-chemical delivery pathways for your Nervous and Hormonal systems- the Vapors from the essential oils enter through your nose and immediately stimulate your Olfactory nerves which then signal your Limbic system (the control mechanism in your brain for emotions and memory). Through your Limbic system (emotional brain), the Amygdala (your emotional control center) and Hippocampus (center for Memory recall, Learning and Emotional control) are stimulated. Your Limbic System also sends a neuro-chemical signal to your Cortex (center for contol of Intellectual processes) and your Hypothalamus gland, located at the base of your brain, the Reptilian or Old Brain (regulates many body functions, including appetite, thirst, temperature, sleep and mood). The Hypothalamus is a KEY PLAYER as it orchestrates the interplay between your nervous and endocrine systems. It is thus at the juncture of your Hypothalmus that a signal is sent to your Pituitary gland (Master controller of your entire Endocrine system). This neuro-chemical signal and response mechanism culminates at your Adrenal glands (your fight or flight, response to stress mechanism which controls aggression and sexual response). II. The Neuro-chemical Delivery pathways for your Organs and other systems - the Vapors entering through your nose go immediately into your Lungs where they enter your Bloodstream. Through your Bloodstream the oils are delivered to your Heart, as well as all your Body tissues and Organs, the Liver and Pancreas, your Reproductive organs, Skin, Kidney and Bladder. The oils then circulate back to your Lungs where they are excreted. Research shows that through inhalation essential oils will remain for a longer period in your cell tissues ( 4-6 hours) than through any other means of application. More and more case studies are being recorded, proving the effectiveness of aromatherapy for therapeutic use. Virtually everything used today in modern drugs can be traced back to a botanical extract. Hippocrates said that there is a remedy for everything to be found in Nature. To administer essential oils for inhalation simply dispense 1-3 drops of oil into the palm of your hand, rub your hands together vigorously, and then breathe in their aroma for 30-60 seconds. Therapeutic-Grade Essential Oils are highly concentrated, a drop or two can produce significant results. There are many cheap chemical copies of essential oils available, but these are not recommended for therapeutic use. You may also make an aromatic mist using essential oils, or an aroma diffuser to dispense the lighter more fluid essential oils scent into a room. Essential oils, when diffused, provide a high quality air filtration system. Surely we all prefer a natural, effective treatment that causes no added stress to our systems. For those who wish to be directly involved with their own self help, who prefer a remedy that treats the whole system rather than just the symptoms, aromatherapy provides a safe, natural treatment, one that can produce surprising results where other methods of treatment have failed.
